General Manager Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 3 years of General Manager experience.
• Passionate, fun, positive, and results-oriented.
• Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually.
• Great leadership and development skills.
• Manages sales, profits, marketing, human resources and execution of concept.
• A leader who supports and empowers the team, demonstrates integrity, our core values, and a sense of commitment in the work environment consistent with the company’s values, vision, and mission.
